This Makerspace building is designed to cater to high school students, and the surrounding community. Located at the edge of the University of Missouri campus and downtown columbia, the facility is open to all. There is a cafe on the second level next to the gallery space that allows the public to gather and to view what the students are learning and creating. The lower level holds the workshops which include the 3D printing machines and other machinery that are enclosed with Dirtt wall systems so that guests walking by can view the process of what the students are learning. This is a collaborative, hands on, learning enviornment that brings the community together through great design and technologies.
